With a background in Food science and R&D we dug deeper and questioned the beans, then the water, then the milk and the process itself.
That’s when we uncovered the truth about specialty coffee: Each bean grown in different soil and country has its own personality - floral whispers, fruity symphonies, bold chocolate tones, smooth earthy finish and so on.
