SHIPPING TIME

We offer Same-Day Shipping. All orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days*
  • Western & Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days*
  • Remote Areas: May take longer depending on carrier availability & Weather conditions.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotional events. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUE

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Brew It By Sash Inc is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship your order.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IS SAFE?

We will never store or sell your payment information. It always stays between us.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE COFFEE I ORDERED?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that! While we hope you enjoy every sip of our thoughtfully crafted brews, we understand taste is personal. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
