Refund policy
At Brew It By Sash, we take great pride in the quality and care we put into our products. While all sales are considered final, we do recognize that damages can occur during transit. In such instances, we are committed to resolving the matter in a professional and timely manner.
Eligibility for Full Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product(s) were damaged during shipping
- The item(s) received are defective or incorrect
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation
To initiate a refund or replacement request, you must provide the following:

Clear photographs showing:
- The damage to the product
- The original packaging (including the shipping label)
- The unopened or tampered product (if applicable)
- Your full name and order number
- A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not include sufficient photographic evidence or that are submitted after the 48-hour window.
Review and Resolution Process
Once we receive your request, we will review the claim within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions, at our sole discretion:
- A replacement product, shipped at no additional cost
- A store credit for future purchases
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits under the following conditions:
Change of mind; Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer; Products reported damaged after 48 hours; Missing evidence or incomplete claims; Personal taste preferences.
